The Sales Professional course is for those who have dedicated salespeople and want them to learn and apply good ethical, and effective sales skills, whether it be by telephone, face to face, or both.
There is another course, Telemarket Your Way To Success, specifically for those who want to get more out of, or feel uncomfortable on the telephone, particularly with people they are talking to for the first time. Our distance learning courses are typically provided as downloads containing a differing number of modules. Exercises and tips abound throughout and each module contains a worksheet that can be sent back to us for appraisal and advice. We back you up throughout via email and telephone. Remember this is not just about learning, it is also about the practical application of that learning.
Each of our training modules covers a separate topic, so we can tailor courses to meet the needs of any member of staff, from the top down.
